Tainui Ibis Hotel Isolation Renovation

Naylor Love engaged Demoworx to complete a 78 room strip out of the Ibis hotel in Hamilton after it was returned to Tainui after being used as an isolation camp. Because the prisoners were not used to being held, they were extremely damaging to most fixtures and fitting within the hotel. Full soft strip out and removal of dated and damaged equipment was completed within schedule. We were able to salvage and gift materials such as fittings and carpet tiles to Naylor Love who used them on construction sites across the region. Naylor Love have since worked alongside us as a main contractor and we have completed several more successful subcontracts together.
